Tsuyoshi Tsutomu is an OC for Devil Beater.
Appearance[]
Tsuyoshi has black and purple, short hair and wears a lab coat over a purple tie and grey shirt. She also wears big, black goggles.
Backstory[]
Tsuyoshi does not have much of a backstory. However, she did study science uni and pursued to learn a magic afterwards.
